WIRED -- The creators of an animated satire of the Bush and Kerry presidential campaigns say their controversial work is a perfect example of fair use -- and they're going to court to prove it. If they win, the decision could bolster artists' rights in the Internet age.
The free This Land Flash-animated cartoon is set to the melody of Woody Guthrie's "This Land Is Your Land." With the exception of two lines, all of the lyrics have been changed to mock Bush, the "right-wing nut job," and Kerry, the "liberal wiener."
