Last year, Samuel Bourdin filed a copyright lawsuit against Madonna, claiming that her video for "Hollywood" was a copy of images taken by his father, Guy, a French photogrpaher. Madonna said she had done nothing wrong by liberally adopting Bourdin's images i her video. Bourdin's lawyer said the parties had reached a "very, very successful settlement" involving a very very confidential payment.
